CANCELLATION POLICY

Sweet Pot Waxing Policies •Cancellations & Rescheduling: please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. •Same-Day Cancellations: a 30% fee of the scheduled service will be charged; this does not apply to future visits. •No-Call / No-Shows: 100% of the service total will be charged; no exceptions and does not apply to future visits. •Refund Policy: no refunds once services are completed. •Emergencies: please call or text; I am understanding when communication is provided. •Pregnancy/menstrual cycle: waxing is allowed and is safe during pregnancy. If you’re on your menstrual please arrive freshly washed and with a clean tampon. •Card Payments: a 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions. Cash Payments: no additional fee. •10 min grace period if you anticipate being late, please text me so I can adjust my schedule accordingly
